Rosary Private School in Sharjah is looking for a qualified Computer/IT Teacher to join its academic staff and bring computer science to life for its students.
You’ll be responsible for planning lessons, teaching core IT concepts, and helping students build genuine technical confidence in a supportive, professional school environment.
Experience with the British Curriculum will be a strong advantage, and candidates with a valid UAE teaching licence — or eligibility to obtain one — are especially welcome.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver engaging Computer and IT lessons across relevant year groups
- Plan lessons and prepare materials aligned to curriculum requirements
- Teach core computer science concepts using effective teaching methods
- Track student progress and provide extra academic support where needed
- Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment
- Contribute to wider school activities and academic initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Teaching diploma or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching within the British Curriculum
- Relevant classroom teaching experience
- Valid UAE teaching licence, or eligibility for one, preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
