Advance Group of Companies is adding a Junior Accountant to its Finance team in Dubai — a good fit for someone with a couple of years of hands-on accounting experience who wants to keep building their foundation.
You’ll be working daily in Tally ERP, handling transactions, reconciliations, and VAT-related documentation, while getting exposure to how a multi-entity group manages its books.
The role suits someone analytical and detail-focused who can juggle several tasks at once without losing accuracy.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support day-to-day accounting transactions and financial activity
- Keep financial records and documentation accurate and current
- Assist with reporting and reconciliation processes
- Post accounting entries using Tally ERP
- Help ensure compliance with UAE VAT requirements
- Prepare and analyse financial data in Excel
- Support the finance team across various accounting tasks and reports
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Solid grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Tally ERP
- Practical knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
- Strong Excel skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Able to work independently across multiple tasks
