ITE Eurasian Exhibitions FZ LLC is bringing an Assistant Accountant onto its Dubai Finance team for a four-month temporary contract. It’s a solid opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who wants to contribute right away in a fast-moving, international environment.
You’ll be supporting core accounting functions across the board, from accounts payable and receivable to bank reconciliations and staff expense processing. Candidates who can start immediately and who already have experience with ERP or accounting software will stand out.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Performing bank reconciliations and keeping financial records accurate
- Processing and verifying staff expense claims
- Supporting general accounting activities and financial documentation
- Maintaining accuracy and compliance across daily accounting transactions
- Assisting the wider Finance team with routine accounting and admin tasks
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with 1C or similar ERP/accounting systems is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, international setting
- Immediate availability is preferred
