A well-established company in Ajman is looking to bring on an experienced Senior Accountant who can take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations and play a central role in financial reporting, tax compliance, and cost control. This full-time, permanent role suits someone who’s comfortable working across departments and wants a position with real influence over financial processes.
You’ll bring strong technical accounting skills together with hands-on knowledge of UAE tax regulations, and ideally some manufacturing industry background, since product costing is a key part of the role.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing end-to-end accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Preparing financial statements and management reports while keeping records accurate and audit-ready
- Ensuring compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, including timely filings
- Overseeing product costing, covering material, labour, and overhead analysis
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and broader financial planning
- Managing payroll processing and WPS compliance
- Coordinating accounting documentation with HR, Sales, Operations, and Logistics
What you’ll bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting
- Strong practical knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax rules
- Proficiency in Tally Prime; familiarity with Odoo is a plus
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Ajman
