Corporate Travel Consultant

SATA is expanding its Dubai travel team and is on the lookout for a seasoned Corporate Travel Consultant who can juggle demanding business itineraries with the same flair as a dream holiday booking. This is a great fit for someone who has spent a few years on the front line of a travel agency, knows the GDS systems inside out, and genuinely enjoys the mix of corporate logistics and leisure travel planning.

Day to day, you’ll be the go-to person for corporate clients navigating shifting schedules, last-minute rebookings, and everything in between, while also spotting opportunities to introduce those same clients to bespoke holiday packages and weekend getaways.

What you’ll be doing

• Booking flights, hotels, car hire, and transfers that align with each client’s travel policy and budget
• Handling schedule changes, emergency rebookings, ticket amendments, and refund requests with a cool head
• Keeping travel arrangements on-budget and in line with preferred vendor agreements
• Managing travel documentation, including visa applications and travel insurance
• Putting together tailor-made holiday packages, weekend escapes, and leisure add-ons
• Offering destination advice, itinerary ideas, and activity recommendations
• Cross-selling leisure travel options to existing corporate accounts

What you’ll bring

• 2 to 4 years of front-line experience handling both corporate and leisure travel
• Solid working knowledge of Galileo and/or Amadeus GDS platforms
• Strong grasp of global geography, airline fare rules, ticketing, and visa processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
• A bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
