Assistant Manager – Front Office (Night)

Andaz Dubai The Palm is on the hunt for a confident, guest-first Assistant Manager to lead its Front Office team through the night shift. If you love the buzz of hospitality but prefer working while the rest of the city sleeps, this could be your ideal role — overseeing operations, solving problems on the fly, and making sure every guest leaves with a great impression, even at 3am.

You’ll take ownership of the property overnight, stepping in to resolve guest concerns, coordinate with other departments during emergencies, and hand over a clean, well-documented shift to the day team each morning. It’s a role built for someone who can lead calmly under pressure and keep service standards high no matter the hour.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervising Front Office operations throughout the overnight shift
• Delivering a smooth, memorable guest experience around the clock
• Handling guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly
• Responding to emergencies and coordinating with relevant departments
• Supporting and guiding the Front Office team while upholding service standards
• Ensuring a clear, accurate handover to the day shift

What we’re looking for

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar Front Office role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making instincts
• Confidence leading a team through overnight operations
• Solid knowledge of hotel procedures, guest relations, and emergency response

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred. Estimated salary: AED 6,500–9,000/month.
