Integrity Accounting Services – IAS is expanding its Dubai indirect tax team and is recruiting an experienced Assistant Manager to support clients with VAT, Excise Tax, FTA matters, refunds and e-invoicing. The role suits a tax professional who can manage assignments, advise medium and large businesses, review tax positions and identify compliance risks. Key Responsibilities
- Manage assignments covering VAT, Excise Tax, refunds and e-invoicing.
- Support FTA audits, disputes, voluntary disclosures, reconsiderations, penalty waivers and refund applications.
- Advise clients on UAE tax compliance and recommend practical solutions to potential risks.
- Manage client relationships and monitor regulatory and FTA developments.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have 5–8 years of indirect tax experience, including at least 4 years of UAE VAT and Excise Tax work.
- Have hands-on experience with FTA audits, disclosures, reconsiderations, penalty waivers and refunds.
- Be able to manage multiple assignments for medium and large business clients.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication and client-management skills.
