Job Overview
BIMlord is recruiting BIM Architects for its Dubai team. The role suits architectural professionals with strong Revit skills and practical experience in BIM modelling, architectural documentation and coordination. The successful candidate will produce and manage models, prepare drawings, check model quality and coordinate with other project disciplines. Applicants need at least three years of relevant experience and an understanding of architectural detailing and BIM standards. UAE-based immediate joiners are encouraged to apply. Candidates outside the UAE may also be considered with a notice period of two weeks to two months. Estimated salary: AED 10,000–18,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Revit Architecture.
- Prepare architectural drawings, detailing and project documentation.
- Support BIM coordination and check model accuracy and quality.
- Review project requirements and maintain compliance with BIM standards.
- Work with architects, engineers and project teams to deliver coordinated design solutions.
- Help improve BIM workflows and project processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have at least 3 years of BIM and architectural project experience.
- Have strong experience with Revit Architecture and BIM modelling.
- Understand architectural drawings, detailing and documentation.
- Know BIM coordination and model quality control.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- UAE-based immediate joiners are encouraged; overseas candidates with 2-week to 2-month notice periods may apply.
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or a related field is estimated.
