Job Overview
Seyran Digital is seeking a Backend Developer for its gaming technology team in Dubai. The role involves building secure, scalable and high-performance backend applications, APIs and integrations. The developer will work with modern frameworks, databases and cloud platforms, improve performance and reliability, and collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps and product teams. Applicants need at least three years of backend experience and strong skills in Golang, Node.js and NestJS, together with experience deploying applications on AWS and Azure. Gaming-platform experience is preferred. Salary: AED 13,000–15,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services, REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Build applications with Golang, Node.js and NestJS and use Next.js for API or server-side functions.
- Deploy, monitor and troubleshoot applications on AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Improve application performance, security and reliability.
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps and product teams and participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to backend architecture and technical improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have at least 3 years of backend development experience.
- Have hands-on skills in Golang, Node.js and NestJS and working knowledge of Next.js.
- Understand REST APIs, microservices and backend architecture.
- Have experience with AWS and Azure deployments.
- Know PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or Redis.
- Understand Git, authentication, authorisation and API security.
- Have strong debugging, communication and ownership skills.
- Gaming-industry experience is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT discipline is estimated.
Skills and Employment Details
Technical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, WebSockets, real-time applications and event-driven architecture is relevant. The role calls for secure coding, database knowledge and effective collaboration.
Full-time role in gaming/software development, based in Dubai, UAE. Experience: 3+ years. Estimated qualification: bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field. Salary: AED 13,000–15,000 per month.
