Job Overview
Ronexa Gulf is expanding its field team and is seeking a Medical Representative to manage pharmacist engagement and healthcare-professional detailing across Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. The successful applicant will represent the company’s over-the-counter product portfolio, build business relationships with retail and chain pharmacies, and maintain professional contact with General Practitioners and Internal Medicine specialists. The role is field-based and requires regular territory visits, market monitoring and sales reporting. Candidates must have proven experience in retail pharmacy, OTC or chain-pharmacy sales and must hold a valid UAE driving licence. Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills are essential. The position offers a basic salary of AED 8,000 plus performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail and chain pharmacies to promote OTC products and develop strong relationships with pharmacists.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with General Practitioners and Internal Medicine specialists.
- Plan territory coverage and conduct regular visits to assigned pharmacies and clinics.
- Monitor competitor activity, market developments and customer feedback.
- Prepare reports on field calls, market observations and sales performance.
- Represent the company professionally and work towards agreed territory objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have proven experience in retail pharmacy, OTC products or chain-pharmacy sales; this is essential.
- Hold a valid UAE driving licence; this is mandatory.
- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Be self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- Be willing to cover Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.
- A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business or a related field is the estimated qualification.
