Job Overview
Tarrad Development LLC is recruiting an HR Manager to lead its human resources function in Dubai. This senior role is for a professional with substantial experience in both real estate development and construction. The manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management and workforce planning while maintaining compliance with UAE Labour Law. The role requires independent management of HR activities and close partnership with leadership to support organisational growth. At least ten years of HR experience is required, and immediate availability is strongly preferred. Estimated salary: AED 20,000–30,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full HR function and oversee daily HR operations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management and workforce planning.
- Partner with management on organisational growth and strategic HR priorities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have at least 10 years of professional HR experience.
- Have mandatory experience in both real estate development and construction.
- Bring hands-on end-to-end recruitment and talent-acquisition experience.
- Understand UAE Labour Law, HR operations, employee relations and workforce planning.
- Be able to manage the HR function independently.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field is the estimated qualification.
