Job Overview
White Cubes Valuation Advisory is seeking an experienced Property Valuer to join its Dubai team. The role is suited to a valuation professional who understands the UAE property market and can produce accurate, well-supported assessments for residential, commercial and other real estate assets. The successful candidate will inspect and evaluate properties, analyse comparable transactions and market conditions, prepare formal valuation reports and provide clear recommendations to clients. The position requires awareness of Dubai Land Department regulations, RERA requirements and applicable valuation standards. Candidates should have at least three years of UAE real estate valuation experience, strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments. The estimated monthly salary is AED 10,000 to AED 16,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct valuations of residential, commercial and other real estate properties.
- Inspect property assets and gather relevant information for valuation assignments.
- Analyse market trends, comparable sales, property data and other evidence to determine fair market value.
- Prepare clear and detailed valuation reports in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure work follows Dubai valuation standards, DLD regulations and RERA requirements.
- Maintain complete documentation and provide professional valuation advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage several valuation assignments while maintaining accuracy and agreed quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have at least 3 years of real estate valuation experience in the UAE.
- Understand DLD, RERA and Dubai valuation standards.
- A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Finance, Property Management or a related discipline is the estimated qualification.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, research and report-writing abilities.
- Have good attention to detail and professional communication skills.
- Be able to organise and manage multiple assignments effectively.
Skills and Employment Details
The role requires knowledge of UAE valuation principles and methodologies, property inspections, market analysis, comparable evidence and formal report preparation. Professional judgement, accuracy and a clear approach to explaining valuation conclusions are important.
