An experienced Assistant Manager – Parts Sales is required to drive parts revenue, strengthen dealer relationships, and support business growth within the automotive sector. The role combines sales leadership, dealer management, team development, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive parts sales performance and achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners.
- Identify opportunities to expand market coverage and increase sales.
- Lead, coach, and support the parts sales team.
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Prepare reports and use SAP and business tools for planning and operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of automotive parts sales or dealer management experience.
- Experience with Japanese passenger and commercial vehicle brands.
- Strong dealer relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Leadership experience and ability to develop sales teams.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
