A leading FMCG organization is hiring an Assistant Marketing Manager in Dubai to support consumer marketing, trade marketing, brand growth, and new product development. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE retail channels and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute consumer and brand marketing strategies.
- Support trade-marketing activities and market execution.
- Contribute to new-product development and launch initiatives.
- Analyze consumer trends, market insights, and retail opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams on marketing campaigns and brand growth.
- Maintain strong understanding of UAE retail channels and consumer behavior.
Requirements
- 5+ years of FMCG marketing experience.
- UAE FMCG experience is mandatory.
- Strong consumer and brand marketing background.
- Hands-on trade-marketing experience.
- Experience with new-product development and launches.
- Good understanding of UAE retail channels and Indian-origin FMCG categories.
- UAE-based candidates are preferred.
