Concept Corporate Services is hiring an experienced PRO / Typist in Dubai to handle UAE government services, visa and labour procedures, immigration, Emirates ID, licensing, and Freezone-related transactions. The role requires accurate documentation and strong client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Process UAE visa, labour, immigration, Emirates ID, and licensing applications.
- Prepare and submit official documents and government applications accurately.
- Coordinate PRO activities with relevant government departments.
- Handle Freezone portal transactions and company-service requirements.
- Maintain records and ensure timely completion of applications.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding government procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE PRO or government-services experience.
- Experience with visa, labour, immigration, Emirates ID, and licensing procedures.
- Knowledge of DAFZA, SHAMS, SRTIP, and RAKEZ portals.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Arabic is an advantage.
- Good organization and attention to detail.
