Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain shipping and logistics documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth shipment operations.
- Update customer and shipment records accurately.
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and documentation.
- Support daily administrative and logistics activities.
Requirements
- Customer-service and documentation experience is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Female candidates are preferred according to the source listing.
- Good communication, coordination, and MS Excel skills.
- Logistics, cargo, or courier experience is an advantage.
