A leading real-estate and corporate-finance organization is seeking a Finance Manager in Dubai. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury, cash-flow management, banking, ERP operations, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
- Oversee cash flow, treasury, liquidity, and banking relationships.
- Ensure strong financial controls, accounting operations, and compliance.
- Manage ERP finance processes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Support strategic financial planning and business decisions.
- Prepare financial analyses and management reports.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of relevant finance-management experience.
- UAE/Dubai experience in real estate and/or international tax.
- Strong financial reporting and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- ACCA, CA, or CMA is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
