Junior Data Analyst

Smart Manpower is seeking a Junior Data Analyst in Dubai for candidates ranging from fresh graduates to professionals with 1–2 years of experience. The role supports reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and data-driven business decisions using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and organize datasets for business reporting and decision-making.
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and visualization tools.
• Use SQL to retrieve, manage, and analyze data.
• Build Pivot Tables and use advanced Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.
• Support dashboard development using Power BI or Tableau.
• Validate data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Provide analytical support and insights to internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of experience may apply.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
• Solid SQL knowledge.
• Power BI or Tableau knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
