A Dubai automotive organization is seeking an experienced Automotive Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Manager to lead workshop operations, supervise technical teams, maintain repair quality, and coordinate spare-parts procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise daily workshop operations.
- Lead and support workshop technicians and technical staff.
- Monitor repair and maintenance quality and completion timelines.
- Identify spare-parts, material, equipment, and external-service requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
- Negotiate prices and service terms when required.
- Place orders for spare parts and workshop materials.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of automotive workshop or service-center experience.
- Previous Workshop Supervisor, Workshop Manager, Automotive Service Supervisor, or similar experience.
- Strong vehicle maintenance and repair knowledge.
- Experience managing technical staff and supplier relationships.
