A leading luxury real estate organization is hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor for high-end villa projects in Dubai. The position focuses on post-contract commercial management, cost control, valuations, variations, and contractual administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-contract quantity surveying activities for luxury villa projects.
- Monitor project costs and implement cost-control measures.
- Prepare valuations, variations, and commercial reports.
- Support commercial management throughout project execution.
- Review contracts, budgets, and project expenditures.
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain financial and contractual compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience with luxury villa construction projects.
- Strong post-contract Quantity Surveying experience.
- Good knowledge of commercial management, cost control, valuations, variations, and construction contracts.
- Must currently be based in the UAE.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
