Barista / Waitress

Millennium Hotel Al Barsha, Dubai is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Barista cum Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team. If you take real pride in a well-pulled shot of espresso and a warm, attentive service style, this role gives you both in one job.

You’ll be preparing beverages, serving guests, and helping keep the café or restaurant running smoothly day to day — all within one of Al Barsha’s established hospitality properties. Candidates who can start immediately will have an edge.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and other menu items to quality standards
• Welcoming guests and delivering genuinely professional customer service
• Taking customer orders and ensuring accurate, timely service
• Keeping the service area clean and well-organized
• Handling guest requests and following through on customer satisfaction
• Supporting the wider F&B team in daily operations
• Following hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards at all times

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a Barista or Waitress is preferred
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A presentable, positive, guest-ready personality
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to keep pace in a busy environment
• Immediate joiners are preferred
