A growing company in Dubai is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead its online sales operations and manage its e-commerce team. If you know how to turn a scroll into a sale — across TikTok Shop, Shopify, Instagram, and beyond — this role puts you in the driver’s seat of digital growth.
You’ll run day-to-day e-commerce activities, lead the team toward its KPIs, and shape the strategies that drive online sales and deeper customer engagement across every channel the business sells on.
What you’ll do:
- Managing and overseeing daily e-commerce and online sales operations
- Leading the e-commerce team and tracking performance against KPIs
- Developing strategies to grow online sales and customer engagement
- Managing online platforms including TikTok Shop, Shopify, Instagram, and other channels
- Monitoring budgets, sales targets, and campaign performance
- Analyzing sales data to identify new growth opportunities
- Working with internal teams to sharpen product promotions and online presence
What you’ll bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales
- Experience managing teams and owning performance KPIs
- Strong knowledge of social media and online selling strategies
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopify, Instagram, or similar platforms
- Track record managing budgets and sales targets
- Good English communication skills; Arabic or Chinese is a plus
A Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. If digital retail is where you thrive, this is a strong next step.
