Receivables Accountant

A well-established trading company in Dubai Investment Park (DIP) needs an experienced Receivables Accountant to join its finance team right away. This role suits an accounting professional who takes genuine ownership of the collections cycle — someone who notices when an account is drifting and follows up before it becomes a problem.

You’ll manage receivable transactions, keep financial records precise, and help the finance department stay on top of timely collections and clean account management.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing accounts receivable transactions and customer account records
• Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on pending payments
• Maintaining accurate accounting documentation and financial records
• Reconciling receivable accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing receivables-related reports and supporting month-end closing
• Coordinating with internal departments to keep financial operations smooth

What we need from you:

• At least 2 years of relevant receivables/accounts experience in Dubai
• Solid, demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable
• Good knowledge of accounting procedures and documentation practices
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-up skills
• Availability to join immediately is preferred

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is required. If you like clean books and closed loops, this is your kind of role.
