A growing Dubai-based company is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales / E-Commerce Manager to steer its online sales and marketing initiatives forward. If you’re a results-driven operator who’s equally comfortable running a digital campaign and closing new business, this hybrid role gives you real ownership over both sides of growth.
You’ll manage online sales platforms, shape marketing strategy, chase down new leads, and work closely with the wider team to lift sales performance and build the company’s presence in a competitive market.
What you’ll own:
- Developing and managing online sales and e-commerce operations
- Creating and running effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Managing social media platforms and broader digital marketing activity
- Generating leads and building relationships with new customers
- Tracking sales performance against targets
- Managing products, promotions, and online sales platforms
- Analyzing market trends to spot new business opportunities
- Partnering with internal teams to support overall business growth
What you bring:
- Experience across sales, marketing, and e-commerce
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Solid grasp of social media and digital marketing practices
- A genuinely results-driven, sales-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a small team
- Fluent English; Arabic or Chinese language skills are an advantage
