🛠️ About the Role

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our Interior Fit-Out & Construction Division. If you have experience in interior, renovation, or construction sales and a strong passion for building client relationships and closing deals — we want to hear from you.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fit-out and construction sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to secure and execute projects
• Meet and exceed sales targets

✅ Requirements

• 2–5 years of proven sales experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• UAE driving license preferred

💡 Preferred Skills

• Network of architects, consultants, developers, or facility managers
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
