Business Development Executive

DD Group, a well-known name in Dubai renovation and fit-out, is hiring a Business Development Executive who already knows the local construction landscape and isn’t afraid to hunt for new business. If you’ve built relationships in hospitality, retail, or hotel fit-out projects before and know how to turn a conversation into a contract, this role comes with real earning potential and room to grow.

You’ll spend your time generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and positioning DD Group’s commercial construction and fit-out services in front of the right decision-makers. It’s a target-driven role, but one backed by a company with a genuine growth trajectory and a commission structure that rewards results.

What you’ll be doing:

• Generating new outbound leads and qualifying commercial opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners
• Promoting DD Group’s commercial construction and fit-out capabilities
• Identifying new project opportunities across hospitality, retail, and hotel sectors
• Networking actively to expand the pipeline
• Partnering with internal teams to support growth and hit sales targets

What you’ll bring:

• Previous UAE construction business development experience
• Background in commercial construction and fit-out projects
• Exposure to hotel, hospitality, retail, or shop fit-out work
• Strong prospecting, networking, and lead-generation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• A target-driven mindset with commercial instincts
