MS Pharma
MS Pharma is growing its Dubai presence and needs an experienced Medical Sales Executive to help drive that expansion. This one’s tailor-made for a bilingual sales professional who already has pharmaceutical sales experience in the UAE and is ready to hit the ground running, building relationships with pharmacists, doctors, and clinics across the city.
You’ll be out in the field regularly — presenting products, running detailing visits, and following up on relationships with healthcare professionals — while also managing your territory strategically through structured call plans and CRM reporting. It’s a role for someone who’s equal parts relationship-builder and results-driven closer.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and executing territory business plans aligned to sales targets
- Structuring call plans for efficient coverage of healthcare professionals
- Logging field activity and reports accurately through the CRM system
- Promoting and selling MS Pharma’s products to pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare facilities
- Running product presentations, detailing visits, and sampling sessions
- Building long-term relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders
- Coordinating with internal sales teams to improve overall performance
- Hitting monthly and annual sales targets
- Following up on payments and collections
- Representing the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
What you’ll bring:
- At least 1 year of medical sales experience in the UAE, specifically in Dubai
- A valid UAE driving license and your own car
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to join immediately
Good to know: AED 6,000–9,000 per month (estimated), full-time, based in Dubai.
