Job Overview
Mai Blue is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand its customer base and support sales growth in Dubai’s FMCG market. The role is a fit for a commercially minded professional who can find new prospects, build lasting client relationships, present products confidently, and translate market activity into sales opportunities.
Employment type: Full Time. Location: Al Qusais Industrial Area 4, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Estimated compensation: AED 5,500–8,500 per month (estimated). Final pay and employment terms should be confirmed during recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers and develop new business opportunities across relevant FMCG channels.
- Maintain relationships with existing accounts and build trust with new clients.
- Present products, explain value, and support customers through the sales process.
- Arrange client meetings and conduct market visits to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain notes on leads, customer needs, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activity.
- Work toward agreed sales targets while representing the business professionally in the market.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in the FMCG sector is required.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Strong customer relationship, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are needed.
- Understanding of lead generation, market development, and sales pipeline management is important.
- Candidates should be organized, self-motivated, and comfortable meeting clients in person.
- The ability to work toward targets and follow up consistently is essential.
Skills and Employment Details
Commercial awareness, objection handling, listening, and practical territory planning will help the successful candidate make productive use of customer visits. The role requires initiative and an approachable manner, along with accurate follow-up so prospective and existing clients receive timely information and dependable support.
