Job Overview
The Food District is recruiting three Baristas for its Dubai team. This opportunity suits energetic, service-minded candidates who enjoy preparing coffee and other beverages, keeping a clean workstation, and creating a welcoming café experience. Prior experience is an advantage, while a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also valued.
Employment type: Full Time. Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Estimated compensation: AED 2,800–4,000 per month (estimated). Final pay and employment terms should be confirmed during recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and other beverages to established standards.
- Welcome customers, clarify orders, and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized coffee station and restock supplies when needed.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, cleaning, and safe equipment-handling procedures.
- Coordinate with colleagues to manage queues and maintain smooth service during busy periods.
- Support basic cash handling and communicate stock or equipment needs to the supervisor.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous barista or café experience is preferred but not stated as mandatory.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and beverage standards is useful.
- Strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills are expected.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new recipes and procedures are important.
