Job Overview
Innovations Global is hiring a Technology Project Executive to coordinate technical solutions for events and exhibitions in Dubai. This three-month contract is suited to a professional with event technology or audio-visual experience who can organize equipment and vendors, support installations and testing, and keep technical delivery aligned with production plans and on-site timelines.
Employment type: Contract (3 Months). Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Estimated compensation: AED 12,000–18,000 per month (estimated). Final pay and employment terms should be confirmed during recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical requirements, vendor arrangements, equipment deliveries, installation, and testing.
- Support technology mock-ups, commissioning, live operations, troubleshooting, and dismantling.
- Work closely with creative, production, logistics, operations, and project management teams.
- Track equipment condition, inventory, maintenance schedules, and readiness for upcoming events.
- Help resolve technical issues and escalate risks that could affect event delivery.
- Recommend suitable technology solutions that improve event execution and audience engagement.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Event Technology, or a related discipline is expected.
- At least five years of event technology coordination or AV-services experience is required.
- Familiarity with sound, lighting, display, or interactive event technologies is important.
- Strong coordination, communication, troubleshooting, and vendor-management skills are needed.
- Candidates should be comfortable supporting indoor and outdoor events.
- The ability to work to fixed schedules and changing production requirements is essential.
Skills and Employment Details
A practical understanding of equipment setup, technical checks, fault isolation, and inventory control will be useful. The successful candidate should communicate clearly under time pressure, maintain organized project records, and collaborate across creative and technical teams to deliver a reliable event experience.
