Softline Marketing Services is a UAE-based marketing company specializing in influencer marketing, social media marketing, digital advertising, photography, videography, and content production.
We are seeking a professional and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client portfolio across the UAE.
**Key Responsibilities**
– Identify and acquire new B2B clients.
– Develop business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, retail brands, and corporate companies.
– Contact business owners, marketing managers, and decision-makers.
– Generate qualified leads and arrange client meetings.
– Present marketing services and prepare proposals.
– Negotiate and close new contracts.
– Maintain client relationships and follow up on business opportunities.
– Achieve agreed sales targets and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
**Candidate Requirements**
– B2B sales or business development experience.
– UAE market experience preferred.
– Marketing or advertising sales experience is an advantage.
– Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
– Ability to generate new business independently.
– Existing UAE business connections are an advantage.
– Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
**Work Arrangement**
Full-time hybrid position based in Dubai, with remote working flexibility and client visits across the UAE.
**Compensation**
Negotiable salary plus performance-based sales commission.
Compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on their experience and demonstrated sales capabilities.
