Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and update recipe costing to support reliable food and beverage cost calculations.
- Review supplier prices and highlight changes or potential opportunities for cost improvement.
- Track stock usage, waste, and variances and follow up on material differences.
- Maintain cost-control documents and provide accurate information for finance reporting.
- Work with operational teams to improve inventory discipline and reduce avoidable losses.
Requirements
- Experience in cost control, inventory management, or hospitality finance is preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately with stock figures, recipe costs, and supplier data.
- Good organization and communication when coordinating with kitchen and bar teams.

Qualifications and Experience
