Job Overview
Bin Omeir Motors is looking for an IT Support professional to help maintain dependable technology services across its Abu Dhabi operations. The role provides day-to-day assistance with computer hardware, software, connectivity, and related equipment so employees can carry out their work with minimal disruption. You will respond to technical questions, investigate faults, support system installation and maintenance, and keep equipment operating properly. The position calls for a methodical troubleshooter who communicates clearly and can work independently while cooperating with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for computer hardware, software, peripherals, and network-related problems.
- Investigate reported issues and resolve faults promptly to support business continuity.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, accessories, and other IT equipment.
- Help employees with technical requests, system usage, and routine maintenance needs.
- Observe system performance and report recurring issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Keep devices and software operational and appropriately updated as required.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Good working knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and contribute effectively within a team.
Qualifications and Experience
A degree, diploma, or certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is the estimated educational background. At least two years of relevant IT support experience is required.
