Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, professional service and help create a positive experience for guests.
- Carry out the daily duties associated with the selected role and follow service standards.
- Coordinate with colleagues to support smooth restaurant, bar, and kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and food safety practices within the assigned work area.
- Communicate clearly with team members and help resolve routine guest or service needs.
- For culinary roles, prepare food to the required standard; chefs should be experienced in cold cuts and sushi.
Requirements
- Candidates should have relevant experience for the specific role being applied for.
- A genuine interest in hospitality and delivering a strong guest experience.
- Professional communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- WSET certification is required for the Sommelier vacancy.
- Chefs must have experience and knowledge of cold cuts and sushi preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Qualifications and Experience
A relevant diploma, certificate, or hospitality/food-and-beverage qualification may be appropriate depending on the position. WSET certification is mandatory for Sommelier candidates; other qualifications are role-specific.
