Job Overview
Mejoy IT Service LLC is recruiting a Business Development Manager in Dubai to support growth in the social entertainment sector across the MENA region. The role centers on acquiring high-value users, expanding networks, and building customer relationships across digital platforms.
The candidate will use digital outreach and user insights to improve engagement and retention. A related bachelor’s degree is indicated; live streaming, gaming, B2C sales, user acquisition, or VIP customer management experience is useful.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire VIP or high-value users through competitor platforms, online communities, and social media.
- Build relationships with potential users through channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram.
- Analyze user preferences and spending behavior to improve conversion and outreach effectiveness.
- Develop approaches to increase user engagement, retention, and long-term customer value.
- Explore new user-acquisition channels and identify relevant business opportunities.
- Explore new acquisition channels and share insights.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Have a commercial mindset and confidence engaging customers through online channels.
- Be organized in managing leads, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Experience in social entertainment, live streaming, gaming, B2C sales, user acquisition, or VIP management is a plus.
