Job Overview
CoverPro is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand its commercial presence across the UAE and wider GCC travel market. The role is designed for a relationship-driven professional with experience working with travel agencies, online travel agencies, airlines or distribution partners. The successful candidate will develop strategic accounts, identify new opportunities and build a strong network within the UAE travel trade. The position involves presenting commercial solutions, negotiating agreements and coordinating with internal teams to support regional growth. The business operates in travel technology and offers technology-driven travel protection solutions, so an understanding of travel distribution and partner relationships is relevant. A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory. The estimated monthly salary is AED 12,000 to AED 20,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business relationships with travel agencies, OTAs, airlines and distribution partners across the UAE and GCC.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to regional revenue and market expansion.
- Build and maintain an active network within the UAE travel trade.
- Deliver business presentations and explain the value of the company’s travel-related solutions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage strategic partner relationships.
- Work with internal teams to coordinate business-development activities and support market expansion.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have experience in the travel industry, working with travel agencies, OTAs, airlines or distribution partners.
- Bring an established network within the UAE travel trade.
- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Be proactive, self-motivated and focused on measurable business results.
- Hold a valid UAE driving licence; this is mandatory.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field is the estimated qualification.
