Job Overview
BridgeWay Firm is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Systems Support) to maintain and improve its web applications in Dubai. This role combines application development with day-to-day technical support. The successful candidate will monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, manage user access and backups, support third-party integrations and develop new features. The position also involves fixing bugs, maintaining source code through Git and taking care of system security and reliability. Applicants should have one to three years of experience with live web applications and sound knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL. Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, authentication, Supabase, PostgreSQL and hosting platforms such as Netlify will be beneficial. The estimated monthly salary is AED 7,000 to AED 12,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor application and platform performance and investigate technical issues.
- Maintain user accounts, access permissions, system backups and data-security controls.
- Support integrations involving email platforms, WhatsApp, advertising tools and calling services.
- Develop new application features and improve existing functionality.
- Identify and resolve software bugs and operational issues.
- Maintain source code in Git and follow sound version-control practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have 1–3 years of experience developing or maintaining live web applications.
- Have strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Have working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL is an advantage.
- Be familiar with APIs, webhooks, authentication and hosting services such as Netlify.
- Demonstrate good communication, attention to detail and a responsible approach to data security.
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field is the estimated qualification.
Skills and Employment Details
The role requires practical web-development skills, database familiarity, API integration knowledge, authentication concepts, Git and application maintenance. The successful applicant should be able to troubleshoot methodically, protect system data and communicate technical issues clearly.
