Job Overview

HIT HRC Consultancy is hiring a Business Development Officer to support recruitment operations and client growth initiatives in Dubai. This position is suitable for professionals who enjoy client interaction, recruitment coordination, relationship management, and expanding business opportunities within HR consultancy services.

Candidates fluent in Hindi and Malayalam will receive preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and shortlist candidates according to client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities between clients and applicants
• Support onboarding, placement, and deployment processes
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Follow up with clients regarding manpower requirements and recruitment updates
• Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and documentation
• Prepare reports using MS Office and Excel tools
• Use CRM systems to manage candidate and client engagement
• Assist with daily HR consultancy operations and business development activities
• Identify opportunities to expand recruitment and client service operations

Requirements

• Experience in HR consultancy, recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or business development preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms is an advantage
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Professional approach to client relationship management
• Fluency in Hindi and Malayalam is preferred
