We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our Building Construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage project documentation across design, engineering, and construction teams while ensuring all records remain accurate, organized, traceable, and compliant with project and company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller
- Proven experience working with a Consultant or Contracting company
- Previous experience on Building Construction projects mandatory
- Proficiency in Aconex, SharePoint, BIW, or equivalent EDMS platforms
- UAE experience preferred
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Trakhees, and Civil Defence documentation requirements is an advantage
