Troro International is looking for a seasoned Business Development / Sales Manager to drive its automotive PPF and window film business in Dubai. This role is built for someone who already has a foothold in the automotive aftermarket space and a network of dealers, distributors, and installers to draw on.
You’ll be shaping sales strategy, expanding the company’s footprint across Dubai and the wider GCC, and turning industry relationships into consistent revenue growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and executing sales strategies for PPF, window film, and accessories
- Identifying new business opportunities and growing market presence
- Building relationships with dealers, distributors, installers, and other industry contacts
- Managing customer accounts and driving revenue growth
- Researching the market to spot trends and potential clients
- Hitting sales targets through focused business development activity
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Automotive PPF, Window Film, and Accessories
- A strong existing network across the Dubai and GCC automotive market
- Experience working with aftermarket dealers, distributors, and installers
- Proven sales and business development capability
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred
