DEOW International needs an experienced Time Keeper to join a construction team in Dubai. This role fits someone who’s spent years in construction site administration and knows how to keep attendance and workforce time records airtight — no gaps, no guesswork.
You’ll be responsible for tracking workforce hours accurately, working closely with site supervisors and HR to make sure records always match reality on the ground.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping accurate employee attendance and timekeeping records
- Monitoring daily workforce attendance and working hours
- Making sure time and attendance data stays accurate and current
- Coordinating with site supervisors and HR on attendance matters
- Preparing attendance reports and maintaining clean documentation
- Supporting smooth workforce management across construction projects
What you’ll bring:
- 4+ years of relevant Time Keeper experience
- Construction industry background is a must
- Strong knowledge of timekeeping and attendance systems
- A meticulous approach to maintaining attendance records
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Immediate availability is preferred
