A Dubai company is looking for a vigilant CCTV Operator to join its security team. If you have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy the responsibility of keeping an environment safe behind the scenes, this role puts you at the center of the surveillance operation — with experience in a school or educational setting seen as a real plus.
You’ll be watching over camera feeds, spotting anything out of the ordinary, and documenting incidents clearly so nothing slips through the cracks.
What you’ll be doing
- Continuously monitoring CCTV cameras and surveillance systems
- Identifying and reporting suspicious activity, security concerns, and incidents
- Keeping accurate records and documentation of security events
- Operating and monitoring DVR/NVR systems and IP camera networks
- Maintaining confidentiality of footage and sensitive security information
- Coordinating with relevant teams during security situations and preparing incident reports
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience as a CCTV Operator, minimum 2–3 years
- Experience in a school or educational environment is highly preferred
- A valid CCTV Operator Licence (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of CCTV monitoring, DVR/NVR, and IP cameras
- Excellent observation skills and a valid UAE residence visa (visit visa holders won’t be considered)
