A leading organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead and strengthen its Finance & Accounting function. The role combines financial leadership with responsibility for reporting, ERP processes, internal controls, inventory accounting, and tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounting function and financial operations.
- Manage accurate financial reporting and statutory records.
- Supervise ERP implementation, finance systems, and process improvements.
- Strengthen internal controls, governance, and financial risk management.
- Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliations, and control procedures.
- Ensure tax and statutory compliance and support management with financial analysis.
- Lead and develop finance-team activities and contribute to strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong finance and accounting experience with leadership capability.
- Proven ERP and financial-systems experience.
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of tax compliance and statutory requirements.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
