LAVO Restaurant in Dubai Media City is seeking experienced and passionate culinary professionals to join its kitchen team immediately. Opportunities available for both Chef de Partie (CDP) and Sous Chef positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and oversee food production while maintaining high quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently within the assigned section
- Supervise daily kitchen activities and support smooth service operations
- Train and assist kitchen staff while maintaining quality and consistency
- Monitor inventory, food costing, and kitchen resources where applicable
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Dubai/UAE restaurant or hospitality environment
- Valid PIC Certificate is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Food preparation, kitchen operations, Food hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to manage a kitchen section independently
- Available to join immediately
