Gardinia Contracting (Part of Azizi Developments)
Gardinia Contracting, part of Azizi Developments, is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join its construction team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveying activities for high-rise construction projects
- Perform setting out, level checks, coordinate verification, and as-built surveys
- Operate surveying equipment to ensure accurate measurements and layouts
- Export and manage survey data using AutoCAD
- Interpret construction drawings and ensure work is carried out according to project specifications
- Coordinate with engineering and site teams to support project execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor on UAE building projects
- Proven experience working on high-rise construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Sokkia Total Station, Auto Level operations, AutoCAD data export and construction drawings
- Good understanding of UAE construction site practices
