Chief Accountant

Rasasi Imtiyaz Group is hiring a Chief Accountant to lead its finance function out of Dubai Industrial City. This is a senior finance seat for someone with a strong retail accounting background who’s equally comfortable in the audit room and the boardroom.

You’ll take ownership of the numbers that matter most — budgeting, statutory compliance, audits, and the reports leadership relies on to make decisions. Hands-on comfort with SAP S/4HANA is essential; this isn’t a role where you’ll be learning the system on the job.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing retail accounting operations and keeping financial records accurate
• Preparing budgets, financial statements and management reports
• Leading internal and external audits and staying ahead of regulatory requirements
• Ensuring compliance with VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax/Zakat and other statutory obligations
• Maintaining financial controls that support confident business decisions
• Running financial operations and reporting through SAP S/4HANA

What we’re looking for:

• A professional qualification — CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent
• Strong retail accounting and financial management background
• Proven track record in budgeting, reporting, audits and statutory compliance
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary: AED 15,000–18,000 per month.
