Classroom Teacher & KG Teacher

Job Overview: A Dubai school is recruiting Classroom Teachers and Kindergarten Teachers for newly opened sections and temporary maternity-cover assignments. The school is seeking educators who can deliver engaging lessons, manage classrooms effectively and support students’ academic and personal development. Freshers may be considered for the short maternity-cover contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum.
• Create inclusive, positive and student-centered learning environments.
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate academic records.
• Support students’ academic, social and personal development.
• Work with colleagues, leadership and parents to strengthen learning outcomes.
• Prepare teaching resources and participate in school activities when required.
• Maintain effective classroom management and support student well-being.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant teaching subject.
• PGDE for Classroom Teacher positions.
• PGDECE for Kindergarten Teacher positions.
• Relevant teaching experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE Residence Visa is mandatory for maternity-cover positions.
• Freshers may be considered for the two-month temporary maternity-cover contract.
• Strong classroom management, lesson planning, assessment and communication skills.

Candidate Profile: The successful candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented and able to work professionally with colleagues, managers, customers or other stakeholders. Strong communication, organization and follow-through will be important, together with the ability to manage priorities and complete assigned responsibilities accurately.
