Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple restaurant outlets.
- Ensure company procedures, operational standards and food-safety requirements are followed.
- Lead, coach and develop restaurant managers and outlet teams.
- Monitor sales, profitability, staffing and operational efficiency.
- Implement actions to improve customer satisfaction and restaurant performance.
- Conduct store visits, operational audits and performance reviews.
- Coordinate staffing, training and operational planning across assigned locations.
- Prepare performance reports and work with senior management on business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven GCC experience in the QSR industry.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Strong multi-unit management and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage operational targets and customer-service standards.
- Knowledge of QSR operations, food safety, team performance and restaurant standards.
Candidate Profile: The successful candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented and able to work professionally with colleagues, managers, customers or other stakeholders. Strong communication, organization and follow-through will be important, together with the ability to manage priorities and complete assigned responsibilities accurately.
Salary: AED 12,000 – 18,000/month (Estimated). The compensation figure is presented as estimated where indicated in the source listing.
