Tiger Group is hiring a Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations and service standards across assigned locations in Dubai. The role is suitable for an experienced operations professional who can lead field teams, maintain consistent quality, organise labour and supplies, and respond effectively to site-level issues.
Job Overview
The manager will coordinate daily cleaning activities across more than one building or site, ensuring teams follow agreed schedules and safety procedures. The role combines people supervision, inspection, workforce planning, and reporting to support reliable service delivery for residential and commercial facilities. This is a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Advertised compensation: AED 8,000–12,000 per month (estimated). Candidates should confirm final terms and any role-specific arrangements with the employer.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily cleaning activities across assigned buildings, sites, and client locations.
- Allocate staff and supervisors, review attendance, and organise schedules to meet service requirements.
- Inspect completed work and follow up on quality issues, complaints, and corrective actions.
- Monitor cleaning materials, equipment, personal protective equipment, and safe handling procedures.
- Prepare inspection reports, performance updates, and operational information for management.
- Coordinate with operations, facilities, and on-site teams to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least three years of cleaning management, housekeeping, or facilities management experience is required.
- Experience managing cleaning operations across multiple buildings or sites is expected.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial cleaning standards.
- Proven ability to lead supervisors and large operational teams.
- Good leadership, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Field-based work across locations is required; UAE experience is preferred.
Skills and Employment Details
Useful knowledge includes cleaning quality control, site inspections, workforce planning, chemicals and equipment, performance management, and health and safety procedures. The role is full time in Dubai. The advertised monthly salary range is estimated at AED 8,000–12,000, subject to confirmation by the employer.
