Job Overview
Al Sultan Bakeries and Markets Group is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and hygiene standards in its Abu Dhabi bakery facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate daily duties across assigned bakery or facility areas.
- Monitor cleaning schedules and check that tasks are completed to the required standard and frequency.
- Inspect work areas to confirm cleanliness, sanitation, and housekeeping expectations are being maintained.
- Train and guide staff on cleaning methods, safe practices, and the correct use of cleaning supplies.
- Report maintenance or hygiene concerns and coordinate corrective action with relevant colleagues.
- Maintain suitable records of cleaning activities and support compliance with workplace cleanliness policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have previous experience supervising cleaning operations.
- Be able to manage, guide, and motivate cleaning staff effectively.
- Understand hygiene, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness standards.
- Demonstrate good communication, leadership, and practical problem-solving skills.
- Be able to maintain cleanliness across bakery facilities and food-related work areas.
- Indian nationality is preferred, especially candidates from Kerala, as specified for the role.
