Memories by L’ETO is looking for a Coffee & Beverage Lead to shape and operate a specialty coffee program in Dubai. The role combines coffee expertise, beverage innovation, quality control, team leadership, and guest engagement in a focused brewing-bar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the specialty coffee and beverage program.
- Oversee daily brewing-bar operations and maintain consistent quality.
- Develop coffee beverages and recipes and refine presentation standards.
- Manage bean sourcing, roasting, roast profiling, brewing, and extraction quality.
- Train and develop a small team while maintaining a guest-focused environment.
- Promote continuous learning, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Strong specialty-coffee expertise covering beans, brewing, extraction, and roasting.
- Experience with roast profiling and sensory evaluation.
- Experience in beverage and recipe development.
- UAE-based specialty coffee or hospitality experience.
- Team leadership, communication, organization, and guest-service skills.
- Hands-on and detail-oriented approach with a genuine passion for coffee.
