Coffee & Beverage Lead

Memories by L’ETO is looking for a Coffee & Beverage Lead to shape and operate a specialty coffee program in Dubai. The role combines coffee expertise, beverage innovation, quality control, team leadership, and guest engagement in a focused brewing-bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the specialty coffee and beverage program.
• Oversee daily brewing-bar operations and maintain consistent quality.
• Develop coffee beverages and recipes and refine presentation standards.
• Manage bean sourcing, roasting, roast profiling, brewing, and extraction quality.
• Train and develop a small team while maintaining a guest-focused environment.
• Promote continuous learning, product knowledge, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Strong specialty-coffee expertise covering beans, brewing, extraction, and roasting.
• Experience with roast profiling and sensory evaluation.
• Experience in beverage and recipe development.
• UAE-based specialty coffee or hospitality experience.
• Team leadership, communication, organization, and guest-service skills.
• Hands-on and detail-oriented approach with a genuine passion for coffee.
